Chris Bell

Chris earned a BBA in accounting and finance from UT’s McCombs School of Business before trading his calculator for medical sales. Starting without sales experience, he won Rookie of the Year in 2004. Relationships built on trust and loyalty became his greatest asset over 20+ years, bringing two #1 Rep of the Year awards and Presidents Club honors; he finished his last role ranked #1. By helping physicians use technology to improve patient outcomes, he built lasting friendships with surgeons, nurses, and medical technicians.

Two lake homes purchased with close friends created a decade of family memories and sparked his interest in real estate. After 2,000+ hotel nights away from family, he preferred short-term rentals for their space, character, and weekday rates within his travel allowance. He ran the numbers, hung up his scrubs, and founded BellNBiz Property Group: five-star business stays and weekend getaways that welcome guests like family.

His guiding lesson: The way you do business matters just as much as whether you succeed or fail. Put customers first, treat employees and teammates with respect, fairness, and consideration, and build lasting partnerships—with room for fun.

His dad, Clyde Bell, inspired his entrepreneurial streak. Lighthearted talks over golf at Pinewood still guide him.

Chris and Brian Jones, BellNBiz’s COO, were pledge brothers at UT. Their college stories remain in heavy rotation. Our Chief Host in Charge, Sydney, reminds them that “remember when” isn’t on the agenda.

Chris enjoys wakesurfing, golf, and fishing. A proud Texas Ex, he values UT’s academic reputation and watching his Longhorns stack NCAA titles across men’s and women’s sports. His son AJ, a 2026 UT graduate, plans to enter law school in 2027 after clerking in Austin. His daughter Cali is a junior at UT Arlington and always Daddy’s little girl. He treasures memories with family and close friends, many made in short-term rentals.
