Sydney Burgess

A true Austinite, Sydney knows her hometown inside and out. She brings six years of experience in software sales and customer success management to BellNBiz, pairing local knowledge with high standards and a personal approach to client service.

Before her software career, Sydney completed two years of training to become a Certified Radiology Tech (CRT). Helping patients feel comfortable throughout the imaging process reinforced the importance of reassurance, clear communication, and attention to detail. She brings that same care to making guests feel welcome and at home.

Sydney anticipates guests’ needs and follows through on the small details that make every stay feel effortless from check-in to checkout.

In her spare time, Sydney enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene, working out, and spending time outdoors. She has a soft spot for inventive craft cocktails and the skills to make them, thanks to her time bartending at an upscale cocktail lounge. If you ask her nicely, Sydney may share an insider tip on a new bar or restaurant opening soon. She’s also a big comedy fan, a useful qualification when working with 2 pledge brothers who still think they’re the funny one.
